1. Introduction

Welcome to Ola Laundry. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our laundry services, including online ordering through our website. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

We provide professional laundry and dry-cleaning services including but not limited to: washing, ironing, dry cleaning, stain removal, and garment care. All services are subject to availability and are performed with reasonable care and skill.

• All items are inspected upon receipt. Pre-existing damage will be noted.
• We follow garment care labels. If labels are missing or illegible, we will use our professional judgment.
• Certain items may require special treatment at additional cost. You will be notified in advance.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for items that pose a health or safety risk.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in the local currency (Bahraini Dinar - BHD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order processing.

• Orders placed online or via QR code are confirmed upon submission.
• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled items, special fabrics, or rush orders.
• Discounts and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Delivery & Collection

We offer multiple delivery options for your convenience. Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of order placement. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Items not collected within 30 days of the delivery date will be subject to storage fees.
• Items not collected within 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of.
• A valid order receipt or order number is required for collection.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon collection or delivery of your order. We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, and Benefit Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Liability & Claims

While we take utmost care in handling your garments, our liability is limited to a maximum of 10 times the service charge for the affected item. Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of collection. We are not responsible for damage caused by inherent fabric weaknesses, normal wear, or color instability.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before processing begins at no charge. Once processing has started, cancellation is not possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone or visit our store.

8. OLA CLEAN CLUB Membership

The OLA CLEAN CLUB is a prepaid membership program offering discounted wash credits. By purchasing a membership plan, you agree to the following terms:

• Basic Plan: 10 BHD for 20 KG wash credit, valid for 90 days from date of purchase.
• Pro Plan: 20 BHD for 45 KG wash credit, valid for 45 days from date of purchase. Includes one free pickup within service radius.
• Membership credits apply to wash services only. Drying, pressing, dry cleaning, and other add-on services are charged separately at standard rates.
• Unused credits expire automatically at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried forward, extended, or reinstated.
• Membership credits are non-refundable. No cash or partial refunds will be issued for unused credit.
• Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the registered customer account. Credits cannot be shared with or used by other customers.
• Ola Laundry reserves the right to modify membership plans, pricing, or terms with reasonable prior notice. Existing memberships will honor the terms at the time of purchase.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
